Today on Facebook, I saw a post entitled "To Every Exhausted Mom" and for "difficult moments" what was mentioned was "tantrums". I felt a bit disappointed. I felt I needed to make a new post for Mom's who are facing more than just the regular mom stuff... mom's that see a simple tantrum as a walk in the park compared to what they have endured on their journey of motherhood. So, here we go...
To all the moms who are so tired and lonely after weeks of their child being in the hospital
To all the moms who go to therapies and surgeries regularly with their child and pray for good results
To all the moms that are afraid they aren't good enough and cry at night because their child may never be "normal"
To all the moms who never get a break because their child hasn't slept through the night in over a week
To all the moms who cry because they have to do painful physical therapy with their child, but their child doesn't understand yet that it is necessary
To all the moms who cry when their child realizes that they are not "normal"
To all the moms that are having a hard time keeping up with all their child's doctor's appointments
To all the moms that feel alone because their child has a rare condition
To all these moms: You are strong. You are brave. You are more than you ever thought possible. You are a wonderful mom. You are a capable mom. You are an amazing mom.
